The residence, built in 2001, consists of a 3,460-square-foot main residence and a 2,085-square-foot guesthouse, both built with bedrooms, living areas and a kitchen. The property also includes a 1,000-square-foot swimming pool and hot tub. Regular listing Jordan said the residence is not being marketed as Durant’s home despite the superstar player’s international following. I don’t advertise that it was his, Jordan said. It’s just a regular listing it’s just like any other home in Gaillardia, she said.
